Title: Horrible Experience — Avoid This Place!
Our room flooded badly on May 1, soaking all our belongings. Despite countless calls and messages, staff ignored us completely. Reception was empty, and there was zero emergency support — totally unacceptable.
After we left, they claimed the problem was fixed, but the room was still under repair and completely unusable. No alternative rooms were offered. We had to scramble for new accommodation at our own cost.
The service was shockingly terrible. If you value your time and money, do NOT stay here. Management showed zero care or responsibility.

The location of this room is different from the orginal one and the location is very far. Traffic is also inconvenient. The whole room was quite cold and damp. The bathroom need a deep clean.

Nice little hotel A little gem in the heart of the city. Very friendly staff. When I return to Bucharest I would like to stay there again.

They were attentive at all times, we were able to ask any questions we had about check-in since we were arriving late to the city and we had no problem. When we contacted them they provided us with the necessary information to gain access. The facilities are just as they appear in the photographs. If I fly again, we will definitely be back.
